Nick Leatherland – Director

John Colclough and Nick Leatherland are the founding members of the Pegasus Property Group. Nick has been investing in property since he was 21 years old, and also served in the Royal Navy Submarine Service for 9 years as a Warfare Specialist. Nick brings his organizational skills to the company, running projects efficiently, systemising the company, and also focuses on marketing, lettings and HMOs. John has been a businessman since a young age and involved in property for several years. John focuses on the back office of the company, and runs the companies larger projects such as commercial to residential conversions and new builds.

Pegasus Property Development Tour

On the 17th of December Pegasus Property conducted a Property Developers Day for Douglas Macmillan Hospice helping to raise £2250. Attendees were shown around by property developers Nick Leatherland and John Colclough with help from Pegasus Lettings managers Ryan Wyatt and Dan Cheetham. They visited 8 different properties, ranging from a recently completed 4 bedroom HMO, a 6 bedroom all ensuite HMO, a block of 11 flats, a 15 bedroom HMO and a 30+ bedroom HMO.
