We currently manage in Stoke-on-Trent, and Crewe, which are all high-end accommodation for professionals and students. We manage HMOs (house shares) as well as single lets. We are leaders In HMO Services

Many Landlords are now looking for HMOs to be part of their portfolio’s in order to increase cash flow.
– HMOs can be substantially more profitable in comparison to standard residential lets.
– HMOs have more overheads but can produce up to 75% more rental income and a ROI of over 20%.
We have over 12 years experience of managing HMO’s and have had hundreds of happy tenants. Many letting agencies will not consider HMO’s because they are more work, but we have the skills to develop, set up and manage HMO’s to a high standard.


We charge a flat 12% (including VAT) of gross rental income for management. We are able to keep costs down by being online based meaning we have no high over head charges, so we can pass the saving on to our clients whilst maintaining a high standard of service.
