Why invest in Stoke-on-Trent?
Stoke-on-Trent is just off Junction 15 and 16 on the M6. 45 minutes North on the M6 you are in Manchester, 45 minutes south and you are in Birmingham. With HS2 railway coming to Crewe which is 20 minutes away it will open up the West Midlands to the South of England which will have positive knock on effect implications for the property market.
Extremely cheap property and high yields. Billions of pounds are being invested into a regeneration project through the whole city. We have various large developments going on, such as the £17m development in Stoke Town centre on the old Spode Factory site, the new train station, the new bus station and a huge upgrade to the city centre including a new cinema and restaurant / culture quarter.
